Yes, we have to report true picture to bureaus. However, we specifically aim our system to minimize any harm to your credit score. This means that we won't report your account to as “ late” unless your payment is delayed more than 30 days from the original due date. Also if for any reason we can not find your bill payments (either because failure in system or your non-payments) we will notify you so you can resolve the issue at your earliest convenience. If the situation continues we will close your account automatically after 4 months of non-activity and will report all those 4 months with missed payments as months with missing payment history instead of as delayed payments. This way we eliminate negative effect of the reports to your credit score.
Keep in mind, even if we don't report negative behavior, it’s very likely your biller or landlord will do so. Meaning it is very important that you always stay on top of your payments and pay all your bills on time each month.
